“Great spot with a great kitchen. Nice outdoor pool, hot tub, nice relaxing areas, and space for lots of people. Pool and ping pong table are nice additions. If you have people sleeping on the couch, tell them ahead of time that you want more blankets. Pool required a bit of following our Thursday check-in. Clear and easy communication throughout.”

“This place reminded us why we love Central Texas Hill Country. Rustic but fun, sprawling but intimate, close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy the drive. This is the perfect place to host a family event. So many thoughtful touches. Much like Central TX, the place has its charms that perfectionists may not always appreciate, but we do. Pool was amazing and the flow between the rooms made for dozens of quiet conversation nooks. Not sure we even knew about the salon with bar, but were blown away once there. Planning our next visit already. Many thanks for the thoughtful touches like towels on every bed at arrival and the easy exit requirements. Top notch living on a stunning ranch. “We had a great stay in Austin at Katrina's place. The house is a short walk to the shopping and restaurants on South Congress, where we regularly found ourselves. It is also a short drive/uber to so many other great, centrally located places that we were really happy with the location. We spent so much time exploring the neighborhood that we probably didn't take full advantage of the in house sauna and cold plunge - but they were refreshing the one time we managed to use them. A benign issue did come up during our stay, but Katrina responded immediately and we were able to figure out a solution right away. We had a great time staying at Katrina's place, and we would happily stay here again.”
